Cannabis Use and Disorder Among American Indians
An article in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry examined cannabis use and Cannabis Use Disorder (CUD) in a longitudinal sample of American Indians.
Results indicated that by 30 years of age, approximately 70% of participants had used cannabis, 34% had used cannabis daily, and 18% had met criteria for DSM-5 CUD.
Risks for cannabis use and disorder among American Indians was similar to the rest of the population.
