Youth Prevention Plus Wellness Goals & Tips

Teachers, want to hear something cool?  Give your students a chance to make a difference in the lives of others.

Youth and young adults participating in Prevention Plus Wellness programs are invited to post the goals they have set for themselves.  In doing so, you can serve as a role model and inspiration for other young people to improve their lives.

Just list one or more goals you’ve set to either avoid risk habits like certain types of substance use, or increase one or more wellness-promoting behaviors, such as physical activity, participating in sports, eating healthy, getting adequate sleep, or controlling stress by relaxation or other strategies.

Please also add the Prevention Plus Wellness program you received, the state and city in which you live, and your first name and last initial. 

If you’d like, feel free to share any of your secrets, suggestions or tips about what helped you successfully achieve your goals.
