Chudley Edward Werch, PhD
Dr. Werch is President and Founder at Prevention Plus Wellness, LLC. He has over 30 years of experience translating science into effective yet practical programs, materials and services for organizations, communities and families who are passionate about improving the physical, mental and spiritual health and positive development of youth and adults. He is dedicated to providing health, substance abuse and other professionals, peers and parents with skills and tools to enhance the whole health and personal improvement of individuals.
Chudley’s professional experience includes receiving a doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a major in Curriculum and Instruction and a minor in Educational Psychology. He has conducted substance abuse and health behavior research at the University of Arkansas, University of North Florida, University of Florida, and Mayo Clinic. In addition, he created the Behavior-Image Model (BIM), a theoretical framework for planning interventions designed to improve the physical, mental and spiritual health of youth and adults by targeting their wellness behaviors and images, and multiple behavior goal setting skills.
Chudley developed and evaluated four Evidence-Based Programs (EBPs), and two integrated wellness with prevention EBPs listed in four evidence-based databases, including SAMHSA’s National Registry of Evidence Based Programs and Practices (NREPP), Blueprints for Healthy Youth Development, and Clearinghouse for Military Family Readiness. He has published over 115 scientific and professional articles. He has also received nearly $16 million in funding for conducting prevention and health intervention research. Dr. Werch is a past Fellow of the Society of Behavioral Medicine, and past Fellow and President of the American Academy of Health Behavior.
Michael P. Dryden
Mike has over 20 year’s professional experience working in capital fund raising and commercial real estate. He has consulted with more than 25 institutional and economic development organizations having raised nearly $100 million.
Mike is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Alabama. He owned and operated a commercial property management company before the successful sale of the business. Mike has successfully represented businesses of all sizes in marketing, contract negotiation and the sale of commercial real estate. Currently, Mike is the Manager, Alternate Site Development for Crown Castle; a Real Estate Investment Trust that is the nation’s largest provider of share wireless infrastructure.
Mike earned a degree in Business Marketing from the University of Dayton in 1992. He has served on various non-profit boards and currently serves on the Board of First Coast Crime Stoppers. Mike resides in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife, Beth, and their sons, Taggert, Tyler and Barett.
John R. Greenwald
John is an experienced business/technology consultant and executive with more than twenty-five years of experience in business leadership, sales/marketing, operations and information technology that spans multiple industries and disciplines.
He has held key leadership positions with increasing responsibilities during his career. His experience is rooted in leading technical and operational teams within large, complex organizations where leadership, change management and cultural change support successful technology implementation. Areas of in-depth knowledge include manufacturing, distribution, LEAN, sales/marketing, information technology, business leadership/strategy and operations. John also has been involved in start-ups, non-profits, civic organizations and other charities. He is co-founder of a Michigan-based 501(c)3 charity and serves on the board of a commercial general contractor.
John received his undergraduate degree in Engineering Graphics from Western Michigan University and his master’s in business administration from the University of Notre Dame, where he also served as president of his graduate class. He resides in Atlantic Beach, FL with his family.
Eddie Salan, ISPAI CI-II
Eddie has a gift for bringing out the tremendous potential for positive change that lies within both the individual and the family in crisis. He has studied family systems in great detail and understands the emotional and behavioral aspects of co-dependency. His expertise lies in alcoholics and addicts with a dual diagnosis situation. His degree is in pharmacology and drug interaction. Eddie was first exposed to recovery in 1986 when he was 22 yrs. old.
Eddie has a strong understanding for the clinical efficacy of treatment as well as expertise and background in business development and marketing, both domestic and international. He understands the details of private pay markets, corporate finance, strategic planning and board development. He is also the founder of a niche health business: Diversified Intervention Group (DIG).
He is known for his ability to motivate people to reach their goals. He greets clients on the phones lines by first name and takes an interest in their lives and recovery from alcoholism, drug addiction and codependency issues. His job is to hand select top notch interventionists with specialized character traits, commitment to helping others, and substantial amounts of clean time, to perform interventions for DIG.
Michael is CEO, President and Co-founder of Video Guidance, located in the twin cities of Minnesota. Video Guidance is a market-leading, independent provider of strategic visual communications, offering video conferencing, telepresence and audio visual technologies and services.
An industry veteran, Mike Werch is one of Minnesota’s telecommunications leaders. Prior to founding Video Guidance, Mike was the National Video Conferencing Sales Director at Acoustic Communications, Inc., where he was responsible for the direction and leadership of the company’s sales force.
He also held top-level sales and management positions for Norstan and Sprint. Mike has an impressive track record of delivering high quality products and motivating strong sales teams, all while developing respected customer relationships. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point with a BS degree in Business Management and Economics.
Bert H. Livingston
Bert was raised in Bloomfield, Connecticut, and has been a financial advisor in Jacksonville, Florida since 1978. He graduated from Jacksonville University with a degree in business management in 1976. After graduating, Bert worked within his family’s aerospace manufacturing business in Connecticut, established in 1946 by his father. Nearly 70 years later, the company is still thriving, now in the capable hands of Bert’s nephew, Scott.
Over the years he has developed a sincere respect for various charities and non-profit organizations. Bert is a trustee for the Harry and Sylvia Livingston Philanthropic Fund as well as the Bert and Demetria Livingston Charitable Remainder Trust. He is a member of the Planned Giving Council of North East Florida, a national organization for planned giving.
Bert enjoys his close family relationships, travel, and exercise. He has been married to Demetria for over 30 years and has one daughter.
