To celebrate our 20-year anniversary, Prevention Plus Wellness (PPW) is providing dollar-for-dollar matching grant support for PPW programs, materials and training included in a grant application.
This doubles your prevention and wellness purchasing power, reach and sustainability.
Since many grants require matching funds, this offer will help you get funded!
The PPW Grant Matching Program allows you and your organization to provide PPW programs targeting diverse and multiple age groups, substances and strategies across your region at half the cost. You can also use the Grant Matching Program to sustain your prevention and wellness programs and training beyond your funding period.
Option #1: Expand Your Prevention Programming & Training:
For example, write into your DFC or other prevention or health grant $1,999 for the purchase of an Unlimited PPW Program & Training License and we'll match that with an additional $1,999 so you can choose a second Unlimited PPW Program & Training License or other program materials so you can target a different age group, drug type or strategy.
Option #2: Sustain Your Prevention Programming & Training:
For example, write into your three-year grant $1,999 for the purchase of an Unlimited PPW Program & Training License each year of your grant and we'll extend your license for an additional three years at no cost, enhancing the sustainability of your programming and training beyond the funding period.
The only requirement is you include funding in each year of your grant to continue to fund at least one Unlimited PPW Program & Training License (or a minimum of $2,000) to provide programs and training throughout your funding period, or even beyond.
To help decide what to request for grant matching, follow these three steps.
1. Assuming unlimited funding, list all that you and your organization would like to purchase from PPW (e.g., programs, training, etc.) each year for the duration of your grant funding. 2. Identify what you can afford to purchase each year during your grant. This is your annual “must have list.”
3. The larger the annual “must have list” the larger the dollar-for-dollar grant matching “wish list” you can include in your grant.
For every dollar you request for PPW purchases in your grant application budget, simply show an equal amount of any PPW programs and training as a no cost match from PPW*.
