Call for Partners to Request Prevention Program Funding

Prevention Plus Wellness (PPW) and our academic research partners in the School of Social Work at the University of Central Florida are seeking drug prevention agencies, organization or coalitions to partner with us in writing grants (e.g., DFC, SAMHSA, 21st Century, etc.) to fund implementation and continued evaluation of one or more of PPW’s evidence-based or evidence-informed single-session substance use prevention programs designed to promote healthy lifestyle behaviors and positive identities among youth or young adults.

Together, we are looking for prevention provider partners who can help with submitting a grant application to implement and evaluate one or more PPW whole-health substance use prevention programs.

PPW programs are designed to prevent substance use and increase healthy lifestyle behaviors and can be implemented in any setting within a single 45-minute session, including during or after school, Boys & Girls Clubs, YMCAs, recreation and youth sports, summer clubs and camps, juvenile justice, primary health care, college campuses, and the US military.

For more information or to discuss grant writing opportunities, please contact us at: info@preventionpluswellness.com or call us at: (904) 472-5022.
