Objectives:
- Describe common healthy behavior problems among youth.
- Identify links between key healthy behaviors (i.e., physical activity, nutrition, sleep and stress control) and substance use prevention, mental and physical wellbeing, performance and happiness.
- Participate in an evidence-based 5-step program (SPORT Prevention Plus Wellness) for living a healthier lifestyle and strengthening prevention and wellness.
- Demonstrate how to apply the 5-step program model to promote prevention and wellness among youth peers.
