The revised Youth Health Behavior Survey includes new measures assessing the mental and physical wellbeing of youth participating in Prevention Plus Wellness (PPW) programs.
We highly recommend all PPW program providers implement the online Youth Health Behavior Survey by administering the pretest survey before implementing the program and the posttest survey 1-3 months after providing the program to determine program effects on the substance use and healthy behaviors of participating youth.
