SPORT Jumpstart is an interactive, self-paced online program that connects alcohol and drug prevention with physical activity, nutrition, sleep, and stress management. Students explore how their everyday choices can support their wellbeing and performance in sports, school, and life.

Designed for schools, nonprofits, youth programs, and community prevention organizations, Jumpstart makes it easy to offer guided prevention and wellness education with minimal preparation.

• Sports & Physical Activity: Explore the benefits of being active and the influence of friends on participation.

• Breakfast & Nutrition: Learn how healthy eating habits support energy and wellbeing.

• Sleep & Stress Control: Discover the value of adequate sleep and healthy ways to manage stress.

• Alcohol/Drug Avoidance & Your Wellness Plan: Explore how avoiding alcohol and drugs supports your health and personal goals. Then create a wellness goal plan and seven-day tracker to put healthier habits into practice.

Students click the course link, enter their organization’s access code, and select Start Course. There is no app to download or individual account to create.

Progress is saved so students can return using the same browser and device.

How purchasing works

Purchase access for the number of students you plan to serve. Your organization receives a course link and access code to share with participants. Each student who starts the course uses one purchased place.
