Preventing Adolescent Substance Use in Southern Missouri

Preventing Adolescent Substance Use in Southern Missouri

We are excited to be partnering with Jessica Howard and her colleagues at FCC Behavioral Health to prevent youth substance use in rural Southern Missouri.

FCC Behavioral Health is a private, non-profit community behavioral health center with a proven history of delivering effective, person-centered, community-based care.

FCC Behavioral Health offers a wide array of behavioral health programs for individuals and families.  Programs include mental health, substance use disorders, healthcare home, housing, prevention, disease management and targeted outreach programs

Regional Support Centers assist communities in their efforts to build and sustain resilient, drug-free families and communities.

Part of this effort is the implementation of the evidence-based SPORT Prevention Plus Wellness program to adolescents in Southern Missouri.

Jessica and her team are making a significant and lasting impact on the health and well-being of youth, families and communities in their region.

We are proud to call them a key partner in protecting and improving the health and development of youth.
