- Examine the mental health effects of the Big 3 wellness-promoting lifestyle behaviors of regular physical activity, breakfast and nutrition, and sleep on youth.
- Explore a 4-step evidence-based model that holistically integrates substance use prevention and intervention with wellness for enhancing the mental health of young people.
