Like face-to-face PPW programs, each video provides youth with a screening survey to increase awareness of their current health habits, provides feedback and positive future image communication designed to increase motivation for change, and instructs youth and young adults to complete a multiple behavior goal plan and contract to initiate healthy behavior improvements. 

Videos come with a link you can send to participants to access, as well as an optional link to complete an online multiple health behavior goal contract.  

We can also customize your goal contract link allowing you to receive information on your youths' goal setting and providing feedback evaluating the PPW program.

Online PPW program videos allow a rich visual and audio learning experience.  Each last approximately 30 minutes.
